He Heals Us

“O Lord, do not rebuke me in Your anger,
Nor chasten me in Your wrath.
Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am pining away;
Heal me, O Lord, for my bones are dismayed.” Psalm 6:1-2

“The Lord has disciplined me severely,
But He has not given me over to death.” Psalm 118:18

“Come, let us return to the Lord.
For He has torn us, but He will heal us;
He has wounded us, but He will bandage us.” Hosea 6:1

I repent of any unconfessed sin in my heart. Do not rebuke me.

Be merciful and forgiving. Show me Your ways.

I am listening to You and no one else’s opinions. You have my undivided attention, Lord.

You want for me to walk away from unhealthy patterns of living.

Show me how to take better care of my health. You are the best Physician and Counselor.

I want to grow closer to You as I honor Your temple.

In Jesus’ name, I boldly pray. Amen.

Be Gracious.

“Answer me when I call, O God of my righteousness!
You have relieved me in my distress;
Be gracious to me and hear my prayer.” Psalm 4:1

“I was crying to the Lord with my voice,
And He answered me from His holy mountain.” Psalm 3:4

“Turn to me and be gracious to me,
For I am lonely and afflicted.” Psalm 25:16

I am moving in a new direction. I am in distress about the unexpected road. Help me trust You.

I’m searching for guidance and I also need Your strength, comfort, and wisdom.

Be gracious and forgive me for all my anxious thought(s) and soothe the rhythms of my heart.

When making a life-altering decision, It is typically a lonely road, yet it is comforting to know You are already there on my behalf.

I may have a plan, Lord, You direct all of my steps though.

Guide me. Teach me. Rebuke me. Be gracious, Lord, and show me every step of the way.

I praise You for opening up a new journey.

I am elated about the unlimited possibilities of the new journey.

In Jesus’ name, I courageously pray and boldly praise.

Sing for Joy

“But let all who take refuge in You be glad,
Let them ever sing for joy;
And may You shelter them,
That those who love Your name may exult in You.” Psalm 11:5

“Sing for joy in the Lord, O you righteous ones;
Praise is becoming to the upright.” Psalm 33:1

“The righteous man will be glad in the Lord and will take refuge in Him;
And all the upright in heart will glory.” Psalm 64:10

I want to take refuge in You always,

Protect my mind, heart, and soul every time I encounter confusion or chaos.

You are my only Light (1 John 1:5).

I want to embrace Your love at sunrise, seek Your face throughout the day, surrender my plans and please You in every I can, Lord.

I have faith in You alone.

You are love (1 John 4:8, 16). Your never-ending blessings are palpable.

I am singing to You in gladness. I am shouting tunes of Joy regardless of the darkness, I walk into later on.

In Jesus’ name, I courageously praise and pray.

Worship Him

“Worship the Lord with reverence

And rejoice with trembling.” Psalm 2:11

“But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness, I will enter Your house,

At Your holy temple, I will bow in reverence for You.” Psalm 5:7

“My flesh trembles for fear of You,

And I am afraid of Your judgments.” Psalms 119:120

I am submitting to You and I want to surrender my will.

True freedom comes from genuine worship and surrendering it all.

I will worship You with honor and rejoice in humility.

Your unconditional love and kindness are appreciated.

I will always be inspired by Your promises. I will never lose hope.

I will bow before You, my Lord, my King and forever Conqueror.

In Jesus’ name, I boldly pray.

His Precepts

“How blessed is everyone who fears the Lord who walks in His ways.” Psalm 128:1

 “He will be like a tree firmly planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in its season and its leaf does not wither. And in whatever he does, he prospers.” Psalm 1:3

“Planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God” Psalm 92:13

“The Lord was with Joseph, so he became a successful man. And he was in the house of his master, the Egyptian. Now his master saw that the Lord was with him and how the Lord caused all that he did to prosper in his hand.” Genesis 39:2-3

You are the wisest Counselor.

You are the King of Kings.

As I meditate on Your Word day and night, I want to stand firmly on solid grounds, build character and help me flourish one day at a time. I will capture every one of Your precepts in my heart and live out in obedience for the rest of my life. Walk with me, Lord, just like You were with Joseph thousands years ago both in dire moments as well as in his most prosperous season.

Take the lead, Lord. I surrender my life.

In Jesus’ name, I courageously pray.
