But You, O Lord, are a God [who protects and is] merciful and gracious, Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness and truth.”

He answers our prayers in His perfect time,
He is Merciful,
He is Gracious,
He is Lovingkindness,
He is Truth.
For great is Your lovingkindness and graciousness toward me;

Lord, I know you will hear me when I cry in distress, help me not overreact when faced with challenging circumstances and help me be slow to anger and be forgiving at all times. Help me, love, extend grace and be more like You, in Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
