“I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse; therefore, you shall choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants, by loving the LORD your God, by obeying His voice, and by holding closely to Him; for He is your life [your good life, your abundant life, your fulfillment] and the length of your days, that you may live in the land which the LORD promised (swore) to give to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.” Deuteronomy 30:19-20 AMP
But you’ll welcome us with open arms when we run for cover to you. Let the party last all night! Stand guard over our celebration. You are famous, God, for welcoming God-seekers, for decking us out in delight.
“Don’t be naive. There are difficult times ahead. As the end approaches, people are going to be self-absorbed, money-hungry, self-promoting, stuck-up, profane, contemptuous of parents, crude, coarse, dog-eat-dog, unbending, slanderers, impulsively wild, savage, cynical, treacherous, ruthless, bloated windbags, addicted to lust, and allergic to God. They’ll make a show of religion, but behind the scenes they’re animals. Stay clear of these people.”
Help us love on others as long as life lasts, Help us not become spiritually dull, Help us be strong in our faith, Help us endure hardships. Help us stay on the narrow road. Help us make wise decisions. Help us be humble and merciful.
We will keep on doing what is good and never give up.
We will honor the harvest of Your blessings, Lord.
We humbly come to you and ask for guidance, wisdom and discernment as we proceed with our daily journey.
Jesus is our everything!
Thank You for preparing us to be better equipped. We want to be faithful servants in Your Kingdom, Jesus, one day at a time!
Your Spirit gives us LIFE and joy.
In Jesus’ name we courageously pray and boldly praise, Amen
Listen, God! Please, pay attention! Can you make sense of these ramblings, my groans and cries? King-God, I need your help. Every morning you’ll hear me at it again. Every morning I lay out the pieces of my life on your altar and watch for fire to descend.
““Do not remember the former things, Or ponder the things of the past. Listen carefully, I am about to do a new thing, Now it was will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even put a road in the wilderness, Rivers in the desert.”
